For the serious cyclist. Aerodynamically shaped plastic section with frame holder in matt chromed steel. Lockable. Easy to handle and easy to fit. Weight empty: approx. 3.2kg. City Crash tested. Only in conjunction with roof bars and supporting rods with C-slot or rectangular section 20 x 30. Suitable for bicycles with tubular frame up to 80mm diameter and tyre width up to 55mm.

How the City Crash test works
The transport system is fitted to the vehicle and loaded with an appropriate weight. A typical rear-end collision in urban traffic at approximately 30 km/h is simulated by the application of horizontal acceleration and of forces acting against the direction of travel. To pass the test, the transport system must not become detached from the vehicle.

Being a rear-facing only child seat, the practical Bobsy G0 plus is applicable to all Volkswagen models fitted with three-point seat belts as standard. With the Bobsy G0 plus ISOFIX, the child is held safely in place by the integrated, height-adjustable, five-point harness straps. The back of the child is protected by the integrated seat insert, while raised side walls and deep bucket provide additional protection. The carry-handle’s curved shape is ingeniously thought-out and enables children to be put in and taken out easily. It also includes a sunshade for extra protection. The Bobsy G0 plus ISOFIX can also be used in vehicles without ISOFIX connectors, by using a three-point seat belt. Suitable for children up to about fifteen months old or weighing up to about 13kg. The ISOFIX securing system connects the child seat and its frame securely to the bodywork or the front passenger seat. A foot frame provides additional stability and safety. The child seat can be slotted into, or removed from the ISOFIX mounting, in just a few simple movements, meaning that the frame can be left in position when leaving the vehicle

Bobsy G0-1 ISOFIX

The Bobsy G0-1 ISOFIX is suitable for children weighing up to 18kg (or up to four and a half years old). The seat is firmly fixed to the vehicle bodywork using the ISOFIX fixing to the subframe, but can also be used without problems in vehicles without the ISOFIX system. The child seat is approved for  use from birth up to a weight of around 18kg if fitted facing backwards. If it is fitted facing forwards, it is approved for use between 9-18kg. The belt harness is height-adjustable and the seat can be adjusted to three angle settings. The subframe for fitting the child seat to the vehicle must be ordered separately.
